CaseDeluxe Inc. (’CaseDeluxe’, ’we’, ’us’, ’our’) is committed to protecting your privacy. We need to collect certain personal information in order to facilitate the services provided through our Case Deluxe app (’Case Deluxe’), and this privacy policy (’Privacy Policy’) is designed to inform you about our practices relating to the collection, use and disclosure of personal information.

register for an account with Case Deluxe through your smartphone or other device;
play games through Case Deluxe; or

Registering for a Case Deluxe Account
When you use Case Deluxe for the first time, you will be asked to register either by connecting your Facebook account or by manually providing basic registration information. We collect personal information including your name, email address, and age for the purposes of administering your account and ensuring compliance with applicable contest rules.
UsingCase Deluxe
Case Deluxe enables you to play certain games through your smartphone or other device. When you use the app, we collect and use information about your game play (such as the which games you played, the length of gameplay, and the number of tickets that you earned) for the purposes of administering your account. In addition, Case Deluxe is advertiser-supported, and CaseDeulxe's ability to provide the app depends upon such support. We collect information about the online ads that you view while playing Case Deluxe for the purposes of reporting aggregate information to our advertisers and their agents.
Customer Service
If you contact us with a question, comment or complaint, you may be asked for information that identifies you (such as your name or email address) along with additional information we need to help us confirm your identity (if necessary), and to promptly answer your question or respond to your comment or complaint. We may also retain this information to assist you in the future and to improve our customer service and service offerings.
Disclosure of Personal Information
We will not disclose, trade, rent, sell or otherwise transfer your personal information, without your consent, except as otherwise set out herein.

Technical Information
When you use Case Deluxe, we collect information about your interaction with Case Deluxe, such as what games you use. We also collect the IP (Internet protocol) addresses of all Case Deluxe users and other related information such device type, operating system and average time spent using Case Deluxe. We collect and use this information for the purposes of helping us understand how our users use the Case Deluxe.
Safeguards
We have implemented administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information in our custody and control against unauthorized access, use, modification and disclosure.

Case Deluxe may contain links to other sites that CD does not own or operate. We provide links to third party websites as a convenience to the user. We may request certain personal information for the purposes of verifying the identity of the individual seeking access to their personal information records.

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes to our personal information practices. When our Privacy Policy changes, we will post a notice through Case Deluxe or, for material changes, notify you by email.
